Yes, we offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on our bags. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and materials that come to light within the warranty period of 2 years after purchase. If there is a problem with the bag that has to do with the quality or finish, we will repair or replace it free of charge, depending on the situation. Please note that the warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or wear and tear due to normal use.
No, the bags are not waterproof. Leather is a natural material that is sensitive to water. When leather comes into contact with water, it can suffer damage, such as stains, deformation or even mold. The water can affect the structure of the leather, causing it to lose its strength and appearance. It is therefore important to keep leather bags dry and protected from rain or other forms of moisture.
